In this class is so fun and easy, that you won’t want frozen or take-out pizzas again! Learn how to make a delicious yeasted pizza crust that you can even make ahead of time by keeping it in the refrigerator or freezing for later use. We will learn the correct hydration in mixing the dough, kneading by hand, proofing, shaping, and baking. This dough is very versatile. You can make bread sticks, cheese sticks, and calzones to name a few. We will have a tasting and each student will take their dough to bake a 10” pizza at home.
